Bangladesh’s largest coordinated cybersecurity training program. Delivered in both Bangla and English, the initiative integrates theory with hands-on lab-based learning — designed to be accessible to participants with no prior cybersecurity background while still offering advanced-level content for experienced practitioners.
CCoE facilitates supervised and educational operational exposure programs emphasizing learning, preparedness, and advisory response.
A controlled environment for practical cybersecurity training and exercises.
A merit-based, six-stage progressive learning pathway fully integrated with the CCoE cyber range platform. Designed to take 1,000 participants from foundational cybersecurity awareness to job-ready professional competence over 18 months.
Nationwide open enrollment with bilingual (Bangla and English) learning modules covering cyber hygiene, digital safety, and foundational concepts. All participants complete online assessments to qualify for Stage 2.
Two-day intensive practical sessions delivered at 50 universities across Bangladesh — 20 participants per university.
Post-training evaluations identify the top performers from each university. The highest-potential participants are selected to advance to the elite cohort program.
50 participating universities are transformed into University Cyber Nodes: distributed cybersecurity learning hubs with sponsored access to the cyber range and support for campus cybersecurity clubs.
The CCoE cyber range serves as the operational backbone of our university engagement — providing isolated lab environments, real-time scoring, and a scalable cloud-based Learning Management System (LMS).
These nodes become long-term anchors for sustained community engagement and talent development.
CCoE runs recurring community initiatives to sustain engagement and grow the national cybersecurity ecosystem beyond formal training programs.
Regular knowledge-sharing sessions with industry engagement, alumni networking, and mini-challenges. Open to CCoE participants, alumni, and the broader community.
A dedicated capture-the-flag competition for women, featuring pre-competition mentorship designed to build confidence, improve retention, and create an inclusive entry point into competitive cybersecurity.
Multi-level national competitions seamlessly integrated with CCoE's talent identification pipeline — connecting top performers to advanced program pathways.
