CCoE is committed to making its website and programs accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We build for technical sovereignty and human inclusion.
CCoE is committed to ensuring that our website and digital programs are accessible to the widest possible audience — including people with visual, hearing, motor, or cognitive disabilities. Accessibility is not an afterthought; it is part of our commitment to inclusion.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
WCAG 2.1 Level AA — the international standard for web accessibility compliance.
Ensuring sufficient color contrast across all website text, buttons, and visual elements.
Providing text alternatives (alt text) for all meaningful images.
Ensuring all website functionality is operable by keyboard alone.
Using semantic HTML structure with clear heading hierarchies to support screen reader navigation.
Providing captions or transcripts for video content wherever possible.
Designing forms with clear labels and error messages.
Ensuring the website is functional at up to 200% zoom without loss of content.
Testing site behavior with major screen readers during development and updates.
While we strive for full compliance, some areas of our site are still being improved:
Some legacy documents (PDF reports) may not yet be fully screen-reader accessible. We are working to remediate these with each new publication.
Some interactive cyber range and LMS components may have limited keyboard accessibility depending on third-party platform constraints. We are working with our platform providers to address these.
We update this statement whenever significant improvements are made or new limitations are identified.
CCoE's training programs are delivered in both Bangla and English to reduce language barriers. If you require specific accommodations to participate in a CCoE program — including due to a disability — please contact us in advance and we will work with you to find a solution.
Participants can request specific accommodations (sign language, Braille materials) via our portal. We adapt our programs to your needs.
If you experience any accessibility barriers on our website or in our programs, or if you have suggestions for improvement, please let us know.
