About CCoE — Official Description

The Cyber Security Center of Excellence (CCoE) is Bangladesh's national cybersecurity capacity-building platform — delivering structured training, community SOC support, and applied research to develop a resilient, skilled cybersecurity workforce. CCoE is implemented by The Team Phoenix Group (TTPG) and funded by the APNIC Foundation.

The Cyber Security Center of Excellence (CCoE) is a non-political, community-oriented national initiative focused on strengthening cybersecurity capacity across Bangladesh and the South Asian region.

CCoE delivers structured training programs in Bangla and English through a six-stage progressive learning pathway, operates a national cyber range for hands-on simulation-based learning, and provides community SOC and CSIRT support to universities, SMEs, and civil society institutions.

CCoE also runs the national Cybersecurity Olympiad to identify and develop early-stage cyber talent, and conducts applied research in SOC methodologies, workforce development, and national threat landscape analysis.

With 35+ university partnerships and a commitment to at least 30% female participation across all programs, CCoE aims to train 1,000 individuals over its first 18 months of operation.

CCoE is implemented by The Team Phoenix Group (TTPG) Pvt Ltd and funded by the APNIC Foundation.
